Student visa subclass 500 is for international students who visit Australia temporarily to excel their further studies in Australian education provider. The visa allows staying up to 5 years based on enrolment.
This visa also allows students to work 40 hours fortnightly when their course starts. However, they must always maintain visa conditions attached.
Temporary Activity visa
This temporary activity visa subclass 408 lets you come to Australia to participate in events which are endorsed by the Australian Government, to take part in an approved special program, to work in the entertainment industry and if you are invited to participate in a community-based event. This visa allows you to stay 3 months to 2 years in Australia.
Temporary Graduate Visa
Temporary Graduate Visa Subclass 485 allows the holder to live, work and study in Australia, to bring family and to travel to and from Australia. The visa is granted for up to 4 years depends on your qualifications. Generally this visa is non-renewable but applicant may be eligible to apply second extension if they studied in regional Australia and during the time of this visa you can take further steps towards permanent residency visa application.
